    Purchase Castle Fairfax and enter. Speak to the butler in the hallway; he will grant access to the building.

    Enter the circular courtyard with a central tree. Proceed to the open door on the far side to reach the throne room.

    Enter the tunnel and fight through bandits until you reach a locked iron gate with two switches.

    Pull the left switch. This will open four other locked gates behind you, releasing balvarines, bandits, and hobbes. Defeat them all.

    Return to the switches and pull the other switch to open the locked gate.

    Proceed through the gate and turn left upon exiting into a large open area.

    Descend a long flight of stairs inhabited by undead hobbes. Fight your way down.

    Just before the final set of stairs, jump off the ledge to the right to find a chest.

    Drop into the water below and enter the small passage opposite the base of the stairs.

    Jump down the hole at the end of the hallway.

    Work your way down the stairs and enter the doorway at the bottom.

    You will land in a flooded hallway. Swim forward and look for a dive spot to the right after the first doorframe.

    Continue forward and exit the water. Ascend the stairs and defeat all the hobbes in the room at the top.

    Loot the chests in the room before proceeding.
