Cold Comfort Farmer

Enter Brightwood and follow the golden trail to farmer Giles’s house.

Knock on the door and speak with farmer Giles. He will ask you to go to the nearby bandit camp and eliminate Ripper and his men.

Follow the gold dust along the path. You will be ambushed twice by groups of 6-7 bandits; eliminate them in both instances.

Continue until you reach a wooden gate. Head into the bandit camp and you will be set upon by 18-20 bandits. They will come in groups of 2 or 3, so continue to fight them off until they stop coming.

Once all bandits are dealt with, you will hear Ripper announce he will handle you himself.

Enter the bandit camp and kill all of its inhabitants to fight Ripper.

Ripper has increased armor and attack power, but if you attack him long enough, he will surrender.

You will be given two options: Kill him or spare him for 30 +/- morality points.

Choose either option to complete the mission.
