    Speak to the drunken pirate at the Leper’s Arms Inn on the Waterfront of Bloodstone. Buy him a drink to learn about a smugglers cave outside of town.

    Head to the far end of town from the road to Wraithmarsh. Hack through bushes on the left to find the cave entrance.

    Follow the tunnel to the left and dive into the water when you reach a gap.

    Continue through the cave and up ramps to a door. Enter to face three waves of zombie pirates.

    After defeating the pirates, the door at the end of the room will open. In the next room, smash crates opposite the locked door to reveal a blue switch.

    Step on the switch to open the door. Find Captain Dread’s key in the small bedside table to the right of the bed. Open the chest by the door and loot the room.

    Head back to the area at the top of the ramps beside the pirate ship. Use the lever on the metal lift to be lowered to Captain Dread’s ship.

    Prepare to battle Captain Dread. He will summon three waves of ghost pirates. After defeating them, Captain Dread will attack. He uses heavy melee attacks and a willpower vortex; avoid the twisters.

    After defeating Captain Dread, you will receive a map. Use the ship's wheel to travel to Captain Dread’s secret Treasure Island.

    On the island, find ten treasures, each worth 1,500 gold.

    The first treasure is in the second part of the ship washed up on the beach. Destroy the barrels outside to enter the wreckage.

    From the first chest, swim along the rocks to the left in the ocean to find the second treasure on a hidden beach.

    Return to the main beach and head up the hilly path. Take the first left through bushes and vault onto the shipwreck below for the third treasure.

    Return to the sloped path and continue straight to a dead end overlooking a large lake. Turn left and hop down onto a lower ledge.
