    Smalls will contact you and be located southwest of the Trailer Town outpost. He's on the outs with the twins and upset about his rival, Frank, a derby driver the twins have made warden of a prison where captives make ammunition for the Highwaymen. Frank's plan is to take you to the prison as his captive, where you must find a way to kill him and take his place in the Derby. The winner dines with the twins and Highwaymen bigwigs.

    Smalls will drive you to the prison. Follow the guards inside and take your place at the table to assemble bullets. Operate the press as the twins speak. A whistle signals the end of your shift. Head for the marker with your fellow workers and exit into the yard when the gate opens.

    Speak to the prisoner at the bonfire who says his shiv has been taken and mentions a gate key. This generates two markers. A note on a nearby table indicates a switch for the gate is in the taskmaster's office.

    The shiv is at the north marker in a restricted zone. Open the gate, take the loot and the shiv. Exit and head for the southeast marker to find the gate key.

    Use the key to open the gate into the structure on the north side of the yard. The gate behind you will close, and the one leading into the structure will open. Wait until the guard moves into the adjoining area to the left. Sneak behind the guard on the right and perform a takedown. Hide his body and take his weapons (handgun and shotgun). Use them only as a last resort as you move back north into the lighted area.

    Silently kill the guard in the reception area and stash the corpse behind the counter.

    Go back south, turn left, and enter the taskmaster's office on the right. Throw the gate switch. Return to the bullet-making chamber, climb onto the crate, and use the rope to get onto the walkway.

    Advance, move around the turn, and silently kill the guard in the hallway. Move ahead and drop through the gap in the walkway. Look for a guard welding near the exit. If discovered, you'll face numerous guards. If not, exit the structure and stalk and kill the guard with the shield.

    Continue ahead, check the sentry's focus on the wall above, and silently kill the guard near the stairwell. Climb the stairs and kill the kneeling guard on the right. Another guard will be moving left. The marker for Frank's racing gear will appear. Frank will wander onto an elevated deck beyond. Stalk and kill the guard, and note the locked safe nearby. Take the racing gear.

    The task is to kill Frank. Stalk him and try for a takedown. After killing him, escape the prison. Two markers will appear, and a stealthy exit is best. Smalls' vehicle awaits near the exit, but he will flee if detected, resulting in a firefight. If undetected, climb the long ladder, get onto the roof, and kill or avoid the guard on patrol. Ride the zipline down and depart with Smalls.

    If discovered, find a high place like the guard tower, use the wingsuit and parachute to escape. Make your way to Smalls at the distant marker. He will be satisfied Frank is dead but says you must not be seen together. With Frank dead, the Derby needs a driver. He will obtain a vehicle and contact you when he has. There will be a Workbench nearby where you can equip.
