Locate Irwin Smalls north of Prosperity. He needs a ringer to fight in the pit due to financial troubles.

Impress Smalls by demonstrating your punching prowess on a target. Perks like More Fist Damage can be helpful.

Stash your weapons in the provided duffle bag.

Follow Smalls down a zipline and through drainage pipes to the arena.

Meet the young girl and follow her through the training area to the processing room, where you'll be dubbed 'lollipop'.

Proceed through the training yard, maze of passages, and past caged attack dogs to the pit entrance.

Enter the pit, pick up the club, and note the medkits.

Round 1: After the bell, an attack dog and a fighter with a bat will enter. Defeat them. Next, face a pack of three dogs and two fighters with bats. If possible, let them fight amongst themselves before finishing the survivors.

Round 2: A higher-level fighter with a pipe enters. Defeat them and grab the pipe. Two more fighters will enter, followed by two more together. Finally, three fighters will enter with a boar. Let them fight the boar to reduce their numbers before defeating the remaining enemies.

Round 3: The pit will be encircled by a growing ring of fire. Two fighters with pipes will enter, followed by three more. Defeat them.

Final Bout: The elite champion will zipline down, armed with a bat and a shield. Use Wrath if acquired. To remove the champion's shield, circle around him and throw your melee weapon at an explosive barrel. If caught in the blast, he will lose his shield and become vulnerable. Defeat the champion.

After winning, leave the pit and follow the marker to return to Smalls on or near the bridge.

Smalls will acknowledge your skill and promise to get you closer to the twins.

Re-equip your weapons at the Workbench on the bridge and await Smalls' call.
