Velum

Alright, so you've kicked off the Cayo Perico Heist prep from the planning board on your Submarine. Your next move is to grab the Velum. You can either use the sub to fast travel to get closer to the Sandy Shores Airfield, or just hop in a car and drive there yourself. Either way, your destination is the Sandy Shores Airfield.

Once you roll up, don't just waltz over to the plane. Approach the Velum, but immediately take cover behind it. There are enemies all around the aircraft, so you'll need to take them out first. After you've dealt with the hostiles, hop into the Velum, steal it, and then fly it straight to the hangar at Los Santos International Airport. That'll wrap up this part of the mission.
