Alright, so you're gearing up for the Doomsday Scenario, Act 3. First things first, you need to get your hands on a jet. Hop into any car and make your way over to Fort Zancudo. Don't sweat the military response too much; since you're on a mission, they won't go completely berserk on you. Once you've snagged a jet, keep an eye on your map for the Hydra. Your objective is to use your jet's machine guns to inflict enough damage on it.

After you've successfully damaged the Hydra, you'll need to follow it as it crashes. Once it's down, make your way to the cockpit. Your goal here is to collect a crucial module. After you've got the module, it's a race against time to return it to your Facility. The sooner you get back, the better, because you'll be broadcasting a global signal.
