The VM 29 Pistol, based on the Heckler & Koch P7M13, was introduced to GTA Online on December 22nd as part of the Los Santos Drug Wars DLC (downloadable content — extra missions or items released after launch). To obtain this weapon, you must complete a Random Event called the Weazel Plaza Shootout. This event only triggers between 8 PM and 6 AM in-game time, and you must have been in the session for at least 20 minutes. While it has a greater chance of appearing in public sessions, it can also be triggered in a private one.

Be in a GTA Online session for at least 20 minutes.
Be in-game between 8 PM and 6 AM.
