1. Aliens and the Secrets of Mount Chiliad: Explore the Mount Chiliad mural, which is speculated to reveal UFO locations. Discover alien symbols at the hippy camp near Sandy Shores. At the summit of Mt Chiliad, with 100% game completion and by returning at 3 AM during a thunderstorm, a special alien sighting symbol appears with the text "Come back when your story is complete." Additionally, a crashed flying saucer can be found in the ocean off the north shore, another is hidden in the air above Fort Zancudo (visible with 100% completion), and a third hovers above the Sandy Shores hippie shrine. Numerous glyphs and mission references also point to alien themes.
2. The LOST Hatch: East of Sandy Shores, deep beneath the ocean, lies a reference to the TV series "LOST." This "Hatch" can be found using Scuba gear or a submersible. Approaching it too closely results in instant death, but it can be observed from a safe distance.
3. The Ghost of Mt Gordo: North of the Lighthouse, between 11 PM and midnight, a ghostly apparition of a woman can be seen. She vanishes if approached, leaving the name "Jock" written in blood. This encounter is linked to the Letter Scrap quest and requires a Sniper Rifle. Look for three colored lights that materialize in the air; observing them long enough will reveal the ghost.
4. Bigfoot: During the "Predator" mission, use the thermal scope on a Sniper Rifle to spot Bigfoot's thermal signature hiding in the trees. He disappears quickly. After achieving 100% game completion, a special mission becomes available to track Bigfoot.
