After completing the Trevor Philips Industries mission, return to Trevor's Home to begin Nervous Ron.

Acquire an ATV and drive to the Ammunition Store to purchase a Sniper Rifle with a Suppressor and Advanced Scope.

Locate Ron, ride to him, and then ascend to the top of the water tower to defend him.
