Start The Contract DLC in GTA V

Alright, so you wanna jump into The Contract DLC in GTA Online? It's pretty straightforward to get started. First things first, make sure you've downloaded the update. Once that's done, just hop into GTA Online and hang tight. Lamar's gonna give you a call to fill you in on a new business venture he's cooking up with a buddy.

After Lamar hangs up, whip out your in-game phone. You'll want to head over to the Dynasty8 Executive Website. On the top right, you'll see some filters – 'All', 'Offices', and 'Agencies'. Click on 'Agencies' to narrow it down. Now, you gotta buy one of these to get the ball rolling. Here are your options:

Once you've snagged your Agency and head inside for the first time, you'll run into Franklin. He'll give you the lowdown on the business plan. To get things moving, you'll need to register as a VIP, CEO, or MC President. Just open up your Interaction Menu, scroll down to 'SecuroServ', and then use the Right D-Pad to bring up your computer. From there, press X/A to access the Agency Network. You'll see two main categories: Security Contracts and VIP Contracts.

What Are Security Contracts?

Security Contracts are awesome for making some quick cash without committing to a big heist. You can do them anytime, but there's a five-minute cooldown between each one. There are six types of these contracts that rotate, so you'll always have something different to do. Keep an eye on the Level, though – Professional, Specialist, and Specialist+ – as it affects the reward and difficulty. Here are the types of Security Contracts you might see:

You'll need to complete at least two Security Contracts to unlock the next stage.

What Are VIP Contracts?
