Madison's discovery.

Madison arrives at the killer's apartment. Attempt to open the door, then use lockpicks.

To open the door, you'll need to perform a series of difficult controller actions: grip the controller with your left hand, hold it away from your body, hold R1 and L1, rapidly toggle the right analog stick up and down, toggle the control stick left and right, and finally, turn the whole controller left like a steering wheel.

Once inside, open the closet near the desk. Move clothes, tap Up twice, and mash [O] to reveal a secret room.

Check the computer. You'll be prompted for a password. If you recall a name mentioned by Ann, select it when it appears to find Shaun's location. There are six possible passwords; the correct one is Max.

If you try the wrong password four times or attempt to leave after finding the address, the killer returns. To escape, rip out the CPU and use it to break the wall. This will shut off the computer, losing your chance to find Shaun's location if you hadn't already.

To rip out the CPU, hold [Square] and shove the controller up. Go to the opposite wall, bang the controller against the left side to break through a weak spot. Shake the controller up-and-down to enlarge the hole, then crawl through by holding R1, [Triangle], and R2.

The killer sets the apartment ablaze. To make Madison safer, turn on the shower and soak her clothes.

Open the door and navigate the burning apartment. Hold down [Square], L1, and R2, release them, and tap Up to leap over flames. Stay towards the edges of the room. If Madison catches fire, shake the controller up-and-down to extinguish it.

Reach the easy chair. Push it aside by holding [Square] and [X] and mashing L1. Avoid windows due to falling debris and the risk of death from falling.

Head towards the door into the next room, past the desk, to the filing cabinet. Push it over by holding [Square] and [X] and mashing R1, then climb on top.

To clear the next gap, hold [O], L1, and R2, release them, and press L1.

Enter the kitchen through the door on the right and open the refrigerator. Shake the controller up-and-down to clear its contents. To squeeze inside, hold down [Square], [X], and R1. This action triggers an explosion, and Madison survives, earning the "Cold as Ice" Trophy.

If you found Shaun's location, you can call Ethan or Jayden before heading there yourself. You can only call one. Choose one, skip the call, or go solo.
