Enter Hassan's Shop by tapping Up.

Approach the counter and question Mr. Hassan about his son. His responses will not be cooperative.

Go to the far right corner and grab an inhaler from the shelf.

An armed robber will enter the store. You have several options:

• Hide: Go to the back of the store. Shelby will be safe, but Hassan will die.

Fight: Grab a weapon (bottle of wine from the farthest aisle or a frying pan from the closest aisle) and sneak up behind the robber. Use the weapon to knock him out.

Disarm: Sneak up without a weapon and attempt to grab the gun.

Talk Down: Attempt to persuade the robber to leave.

Weapon Pickup: To pick up a weapon, approach the shelf and SLOWLY press Up. Failure will alert the robber. Recommended aisles are next to Shelby or closest to the camera to avoid obstacles. The farthest aisle has a detergent box; catch it by tapping [Triangle] and place it back by pressing Right. The second-farthest aisle has chips; hold [X], [O], and [Triangle] to sneak past.

Initiating Fight: Clear the distance to the robber and shove the controller down when prompted. If successful, you will either knock him out or start a fight sequence.

Fight Sequence: Mash [X], [Triangle], [O], and Shove down.

Hostage Situation: If you make a mistake before the fight sequence, the robber will hold you hostage. Hold L1+R1 continuously to attempt persuasion. Ask for his name, ask about someone he cares about ('Affective'), and tell him to drop the weapon when prompted. This earns the 'Negotiator' Trophy.

Second Chance: If persuasion fails, the robber will aim at Hassan again. Quickly grab him to initiate the fight sequence. Failure to act quickly will result in Hassan's death.
