How to Beat Terminid: Shrieker

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Shrieker: These are flying enemies, making them harder to hit with standard ground-based weapons. They tend to attack in groups and can be quite fragile if you land a good shot. Their main threat comes from their ability to call in more enemies and their disruptive screech.
• Weak Point: Like most Terminids, their head is a critical weak point. A well-aimed shot can take them down instantly.

Phases:

1. Approach: Shriekers will approach from a distance, often heralded by their distinct, high-pitched screech. This is your cue to look up and prepare.
2. Attack/Reinforce: Once in range, they'll either dive-bomb or, more commonly, emit a loud screech that calls in more Terminids to the area. This is their most dangerous ability, as it can quickly overwhelm your position.
3. Retreat/Re-engage: After attacking or calling for backup, they may fly off to reposition or re-engage if they survive.
