Day 9 is your final opportunity to farm Level 2 abilities from monsters (or rarely Level 1 abilities) that you wish to Level Boost.

These highways offer consistent access to the large-scale enemies for each region so if you are planning to exterminate them for the Last One or farm them, this is a good solution.
