First up, head to South Station in Luxerion and chat with Ranulph at his table.

Next, make your way to the Commercial District and find Mitka. You can talk to her any day between 06:00 and 01:00.

Now, you need to track down the Man With No Name. He's chilling in the Warren. Enter from the North Station entrance, and you'll spot him chilling in front of a shack that leads down to the lower areas. Have a word with him.

Time for a change of scenery! Travel to Yusnaan and head to the Banquet of the Lord. Look for Erine; she's got the journal you're after.

When you speak to Erine, you'll have a choice: read the journal or don't.
