Need help finding all the airship parts for the Omega Point quest in Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII? Follow our guide to collect them all!

Alright, let's tackle the Omega Point side quest in Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII. This one's all about finding scattered airship parts around the Eremite Plains. It's not too tough, but some of the jumps can be a bit finicky, so pay attention!

Availability: You can start this quest after completing main quest 3-2.

Location: Research Camp and Eremite Plains.

Walkthrough
  1. 1

Where: The first part is right in front of you when you start the quest in the Eremite Plains.

What to do: You'll need to glide between a series of pillars to reach it. This can take a few tries, so don't get discouraged! If you're struggling with the timing or distance, don't hesitate to use Chronostasis to slow things down and give yourself more time.

  2. 2

Where: The next part is located to the north of your starting position, right at the tip of the map.

What to do: Head west and go up the slope that has a lookout on it. You'll need to jump over a gap to the right. Keep following the path as it curves back on itself, then go up another slope. You'll have to jump another gap here to find the part.

  3. 3

Where: From the previous part, make your way towards the Crash Site.

What to do: The next part is found behind the hut where you met an old friend. You can climb the ladder, but then you need to run to the right around the hut to grab the part.

  4. 4

Where: The final part is on the western edge of a large rock.

What to do: Approach this from the west. There's a gap nearby that you'll need to jump across. Make sure you get a good running start for this one, as the gap is quite large.

Tips
  • Don't worry if you don't find all five parts; you only need to collect four to complete the quest.
  • Use Chronostasis liberally if you're having trouble with the gliding or jumping sections. It can save you a lot of frustration.
  • The Aerial Guard's Badge is a nice little stat boost, especially early on, so it's worth grabbing this quest.

Once you've collected at least four of the five parts, head back to the Researcher at the Research Camp to turn in the quest and claim your rewards!
