Walkthrough

The Acid Worm will open its mouth twice before lunging at you. Use the zipline to avoid the lunge.

When you use the zipline, the boss will get momentarily stuck in the block.

While the boss is stuck, unload approximately five missiles at the red portion of its head/neck.

After taking enough damage, the boss will shake below with its mouth open, introducing a new attack.

When the boss shakes, quickly jump to the highest block on your current side to avoid rising and falling acid.

After the acid recedes, drop to the lower block and prepare to avoid a pair of lunges.

When countering the lunges, you can likely hit the boss with three missiles before it descends.

Continue this pattern to defeat the boss.
