Key Attacks:

• Body Slam: Fast body slam towards the hunter.
• Tail Sweep: Swings tail in a wide arc (three-quarters of a circle).
• Sand Blast: Blasts sand forward, creating a lingering twister. Can be used in the air.
• Wing Pounce: Hops back and repeatedly lunges forward with wings.
• Spinning Dive Bomb: Fast, spinning aerial dive from heights or walls that can knock hunters back far.

Strategy:

• Sand Barioth is extremely fast; stay calm and wait for openings.
• Traps can be used to create opportunities.
• It has relatively low health; attack its head or wings when it moves towards you.
• Dodge immediately after it attacks due to its speed.
• Be more cautious than against the regular Barioth, as it chains attacks more frequently and uses aggressive arena control with sand whirlwinds.
