Follow this guide to broadcast a message to Earth, calculate a new orbit to Saturn's storm, and find remaining collectibles in Observation Part VIII (2). Includes Data Points and achievements.
Emma wants to broadcast a message to Earth. Head for RUS-04 "Kerimov" in the Russian arm. Connect with the Astrophysics Terminal and use the right bumper for the Far Field Image. Scroll up with the right stick until you see lines with ID####-style labels. Select the line that says ID2301. Locate the dot below that line, place your cursor on it, and you will see it represents Earth. Press A to send the coordinates to Comms. Back out and open your Communication tab. Click "Broadcast" and set the RA and DEC numbers to match those on the bottom of the screen: 8-38-24 and 32-14-12. (Hold the button down on the arrows to increase speed.) Once coordinates are set, click Emma's name, then "Select" on the router until "External" is indicated, and finally "Broadcast".
You will receive an alert shortly. Go to your Station Alerts tab and click the lit box on the far left. Trigger-click ACTIONS: Inform Crew. Return to Camera A in UC-01 and zoom in on the terminal on the left for Guidance and Navigation. Connect to it and click "Calculate New Orbit". Hold the A button on one of the four numbers that appear on the left; each simulates the station's path to Saturn's storm, but only one will enter the center. Select number 2. Burn parameters will appear on the right. These are random; if you make a mistake, new ones will appear. Use the right bumper to input these with the "Adjust" buttons and sliders. Use the left bumper to go back and check your numbers. When ready, click "Engage Burn" for the number of seconds listed after "Burn Time", and click it again to stop when you reach the required number of seconds. The whole number of seconds must match, but it doesn't need to be exact to the millisecond. If you err, select a new target orbit from the four numbers on the left and obtain new parameters on the right.
This is your point of no return. This is your last opportunity to go back and grab any missed collectibles. There are still gaps in your Memory Core, so let's gather more Data Points.
Go to EAS-03 "Helix" and switch to camera C. On the left, a previously sealed bunk contains a laptop. Zoom in, connect to it, and scan for [Data Point 3] and an achievement. Above the laptop, scan a photo for [Data Point 33]. If you have everything needed, combine [Data Point 74] using Data Points 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, and 33. You should also be able to combine [Data Point 81] from 17 other Data Points. Hit X on all lit Data Points. If you grabbed Data Point 25 from CN-03 earlier, you can combine Data Point 85 now.
Return to your sphere and head to the Chinese arm, specifically CN-03 "Wenchang". The cameras here are down, so proceed through the open hatch with the red CASA plaque to the right. After passing ULB and seeing bags strapped to the wall, head through the tunnel. CN-03 is the last module. In it, find a blinking laptop mounted on the wall with a low power indicator. A power caddy is just past it. Connect to the caddy and turn it on for [Data Point 25].
With this, you should have everything to combine [Data Point 79] from 23, 24, 25, 26, 39, and 40, if not already done. This is likely the last crew member bio, allowing you to use Data Points 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, and 79 to combine [Data Point 85] for an Easter egg, possibly of the Observation dev team.
You should now have only three nodes left in your Data Core.
Go to UC-02 "Mainframe" and, from Camera A, look right at the Link Jettison Controls. Make the left side match the picture on the right to grant [Data Point 60]. From here, return to your Memory Core and combine [Data Point 80] from Data Points 32, 37, 38, 39, 47, 48, 57, 60, 66, and 69. For the final Data Point, use Data Points 80, 81, 82, and 83 to combine [Data Point 84].
Next, use the sphere or cameras to enter ULA, ULB, and ULC. Find the panels labeled "CAUTION: EXPLOSIVE BOLTS" on the sides. Link with them and hold A to detach them. Use your sphere to enter the tunnels behind each panel, where an interface awaits. This process is similar to jettisoning EAS-12 at the start of the game, but each is on a 10-second timer. Failing an attempt allows retries. The patterns of nodes to click will differ, but they appear in the same order regardless of which tunnel you enter first.

Second pattern:
Third pattern:
After completing all three, return to UC-01 with the sphere for a cutscene.
