First things first, head over to the Magic shop in Port Sarim. You'll need to buy an Eye of Newt from the shopkeeper for just 3 coins.

With that in hand, make your way northwest from Port Sarim. You'll soon stumble upon a chicken farm. Kill one of the chickens wandering around and grab a piece of raw meat from its drops.

Now, follow the path heading southwest. Keep going until you reach a field on the west side of the path. Look around and pick up an onion.

Continue south until you arrive in Rimmington. Your destination here is the southeasternmost building, where you'll find Hetty. Chat with her; she'll explain that she needs some ingredients for a potion she's brewing.

After talking to Hetty, go to the building just east of her house. You'll need to kill a rat (they're only level 2, so no worries there). If you haven't started the quest yet, the rat won't drop its tail, but since you've spoken to Hetty, it should drop a Rat's Tail for you.

This next part is a bit quirky. Don't worry if your Cooking level is too high to burn meat normally. Head to the house just north of Hetty's place. Use the raw chicken meat you picked up earlier on the range inside to cook it. Once it's cooked, use the cooked meat on the range again – this time, it's supposed to burn! You need Burnt Meat for the potion.

Finally, return to Hetty with all the ingredients you've gathered: the Eye of Newt, the onion, the Rat's Tail, and the Burnt Meat.

Hetty will then instruct you to drink from the cauldron in her house. Just right-click on the cauldron and select "drink from cauldron." That's it, the quest is finished!
