Alright, so you've made it to Agate Village! It's a pretty chill spot, but there are some important things to grab here. First off, head to the west side of town. You'll find a cave there that's hiding two Ultra Balls and a handy Silk Scarf. Don't miss 'em!

The Poké Mart in Agate Village is also worth a look. You can stock up on some useful items:

After you've shopped, head to the Pokémon Center to heal up your team and save your game. Then, take a walk behind Eagun's house and down the hill. You're looking for a chest that contains the Exp. Share. Seriously, equip this to one of your Pokémon – it's a lifesaver for leveling up faster!

Now, make your way to the giant tree smack-dab in the middle of town. This is where Rui's grandparents, Eagun and Beluh, live. Chat with Eagun; he'll get a message about trouble brewing at the Relic Shrine. He'll rush off to help, even though he's getting on in years.

Before you head to the Shrine, there's one more item to snag. Go down the path south of the cave that leads to the Relic Stone. You'll find a Quick Claw waiting for you there.

Alright, time to head towards the Relic Shrine. Go down to Relic Forest. You'll run into three Cipher Peons who are blocking the path. You'll need to deal with them to get to the Shrine.
