Learn how to defeat Cipher Admin Venus in Pokémon Colosseum, including her Pokémon team, weaknesses, and strategies. Get the R-Disk and Ein File F!

Alright, so you've made your way through Pyrite Town and now it's time to deal with Lady Venus. She's a Cipher Admin, and she's got a pretty tricky team lined up for you. Don't worry, though, we'll get through this!

First things first, you'll need to talk to the prisoner in town. He'll give you the R-Disk. After that, head back towards where that holographic UFO is. Interact with the hologram and select your F-Disk. Now, go north up the stairs to a small platform. This platform will take you forward. Remember, F stands for Forward, and the Disks you'll find throughout the game are F, R, D, U, and L, corresponding to Forward, Right, Down, Up, and Left.

You'll arrive in front of the Under Colosseum. Head inside, and you'll find a healing machine. Definitely use it to get your team back in top shape! After healing, go back down the platform. I'd suggest heading back through the Hotel to save your game. Once you've saved, go back to the UFO and use your R-Disk. Hop on the platform again, and this time, enter the nearby building. Inside, you'll find Lady Venus herself, ready for a battle!

Level: 45 (for most Pokémon, Suicune is LV40)

Venus likes to use the Attract strategy, which can be super annoying if you're relying on male Pokémon. Her Banette can also use Confuse Ray to mess with your attackers and Spite to drain your PP. Your best bet here is to use Fire-Type attacks, especially against Steelix. Entei's Fire Blast is perfect for this. Don't be afraid to use Fire Blast on Suicune a couple of times too, just in case it gets burned. When it comes to catching Suicune, Ultra Balls or Net Balls are your best bet.

After you defeat Venus, she'll run off and drop "Ein File F," which is the Final Report on Shadow Pokémon. You'll also want to grab TM45-Attract while you're there. After all that, I'd recommend heading back to save your game again.

Next up is the Under Subway. Follow Venus down the stairs since you can't use the elevator yet. You'll eventually reach a spiral staircase where you'll encounter four trainers, each with their own Shadow Pokémon.
