Learn how to dominate Team Death-Match (TDM) in PUBG: Battlegrounds. Understand rounds, scoring, maps, and essential practice techniques for weapons and movement.

PUBG: Battlegrounds offers more than just Battle Royale with its ARCADE mode, featuring Team Death-Match (TDM). TDM is a great way to warm up, practice WEAPONS, and improve aiming and movement skills with less downtime than standard BR matches.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
A TDM Match consists of 2-3 rounds.
  2. 2
The first team to reach 50 points or have the most points when the timer expires wins a round.
  3. 3
Each kill is worth 1 point.
  4. 4
The first team to win 2 rounds wins the match.
  5. 5
    Matches typically last 10-15 minutes.
  6. 6
TDM Maps are specific LOCATIONS taken from the main BR MAPS.

Current TDM Maps and Locations:

  • MIRAMAR: Campo Militar
  • VIKENDI: Peshkova, Podvosto
  • ERANGEL: Stalber, Sosnovka
  • SANHOK: Paradise Resort, Getaway, Bootcamp, Pai Nan, Ruins
  • TAEGO: Palace, Field, Mountain, Shipyard, Market
Tips
  • TDM is excellent for practicing WEAPON recoil, control, and the effects of ATTACHMENTS. You can change ATTACHMENTS by opening your INVENTORY and select WEAPONS by opening the MAP. Rankings are also visible on the MAP.
  • Due to less downtime, TDM allows for more practice in areas like aiming, shooting, and movement compared to BR.
  • Recommended practice aspects include: Iron Sights (1x), 1x and 2x Spraying, 3x AR Spraying, Perfect Peeking, Fast Crouching, Counter-strafing, Peeker's Advantage, Korea Peeking, Crosshair Placement, Manual Recoil Compensation, WEAPON behavior with ATTACHMENTS, Lean Spamming, DMR and SR use (close-mid range), Quick-scoping, and MAP Knowledge.
  • Dedicate 1-2 hours daily to TDM. Focus on different aspects and WEAPONS each day or week. For example, practice with Beryl, M416, AKM, or SCAR-L for ARs, or focus on one WEAPON until proficient.
  • Adjust practice time based on your experience; beginners may need more than 2 hours daily.
  • TDM is designed to be fun, making daily practice enjoyable.
