    Begin in the Otherworld version of Solitary Confinement. None of the doors will open; proceed back to the entrance and exit the area.

    Save your game at the save point near the entrance.

    Enter the double doors and walk into the large room ahead. A cutscene will play, and a pillar will rise.

    Approach the pillar but DO NOT reach inside when prompted to avoid damage. A Needler will attack.

    Solve the riddle puzzle by examining the three signs (Left, Middle, Right) and their corresponding dials on the pillar.

  • Learn Asphyxia's attack patterns: Three Hit Combo, Punch and Tail Whip, Black Vomit, and Grab.

  • For Punch and Tail Whip, dodge the arm swing to automatically dodge the tail.
  • For Black Vomit, quickly press the dodge button to roll backward.
  • For the Grab, repeatedly press the dodge button while holding left or right to jump out of the way.
  • Use a melee weapon to attack after dodging, especially after dodging a lunge.
  • Dodging a lunge allows Alex to land behind Asphyxia, creating an opportunity to hit its back tail and stun it. This is key to winning the battle easily.
