In the Operation Theatre, tap the A button to escape the straps. A tutorial for the weapon menu will appear. Use RB to open the menu, X to turn on the flashlight, and B to cancel. The left analog moves Alex Shepherd, and the right analog controls the camera. Tap A to interact. Examine the DOCTOR'S MEMO before exiting. You can also double-tap A to ram through doors.

Follow the blood trail into the Operating Room and open the door.

In the Hallway Outside Operating Room, examine the MISSING PATIENT'S BULLETIN on the right. The figure behind the gate is Josh. The keypad next to the gate requires a code. Enter the door next to the keypad (the other is locked).

In the Nurse Center, examine the x-ray board and note the numbers "624" scratched on the middle x-ray. Examine the ATTENTION STAFF note, then collect the ++MAP OF THE HOSPITAL++ from the back bulletin board. Open the door to the left of the map.

In the Hallway South of Nurse Center, rooms 201 and 202 are inaccessible. Enter Room 203 due to a baby cry.

In Room 203, examine the baby incubator and the burnt doll. Pick up the --HEALTH DRINK-- and examine the PAGE FROM AN INCIDENT REPORT. Hop through the hole in the wall into Room 204.

In Room 204, examine the BASIC WEAPON COMBAT note to add the MANUAL to your journal. Examine the flickering x-ray board and pick up the ++X-RAY FILM++. Hop back through the wall, exit Room 203, and return to the Hallway South of Nurse Center.

Return to the Nurse Center. Place the X-ray Film from your inventory (LB to open inventory, select X-ray Film, press A) onto the x-ray board. The code "624872" will appear on the x-rays and be added to your journal.

Return to the Hallway Outside of Operating Room and use the code **624872** on the keypad to unlock the door.

Collect the --CHILD'S DRAWING (1/18)-- from the floor.

Enter the Male's Restroom.

In the Men's Restroom, open the first stall. Continue following Josh and open the door on the opposite side of the room.

In Storage, examine the !!SAVE POINT!! and save your game. Open the door to the Women's Restroom.

In the Women's Restroom, check the stalls (Stall 1 is locked, 2 and 3 are empty). Take the ++COMBAT KNIFE++ from above the sinks. A cutscene will play.
