Defeated 1 Schism.

Learn the Schism's attacks: a head slash, an arm swing, an uppercut head slash (dodgeable at close range), a head slash lunge, and a grabbing lunge (most damaging, stay close to avoid).

When fighting a single Schism, use X attacks with the Fire Axe up close, but do not let them back away.

The A, A, X combo with the pipe can be effective after dodging a Schism's move.

If you defeat the first two Schisms, three more will break through a door. There is nothing down this hallway.

To collect items, allow the second Schism to survive, then hop through the broken window. Collect the --HEALTH DRINK-- from the top of the file cabinet.

Hop back through the window and enter the restroom (second door to the left). Collect the --HEALTH DRINK-- off the fourth sink.

Another restroom is on the opposite side of the room outside, but it contains only a dead body in the second stall. The exit doors are locked.

Run through the open door next to the broken glass. All doors along the way are locked.

Duck under the hole in the wall off to the left at the end of the corridor to enter the Briefing Room.

In the Briefing Room, two Schisms will attack. Arm your shotgun, run to the closest one, shoot it once to knock it down, then blast it again while it's on the ground with the shotgun or handgun.

Defeat the last Schism with X swings from the Fire Axe up close. Do not let it get too far away.

Pick up the --SHOTGUN AMMUNITION-- from the file cabinet behind the desk.

Chop through the boards on the boarded-up doorway on the southeast side of the room with your Fire Axe.

Move south down the Hallway to the Garage, as the two doors to the left are jammed. The door on the right is also jammed.

Continue to the garage door and open it to enter the Garage.

As you enter the garage, a Schism will knock away metal barrels to the right. Run toward it and hit it with constant X swings with the Fire Axe. Alternatively, use two shotgun blasts.

Examine the WRINKLED MEMO on the black police car next to the small office for a clue to the locker puzzle.

Enter the office on the west side of the garage.

The metal cabinet is locked and requires a number combination. The combination is found on the wrinkled memo: "Only time will tell who has the will to live."

Look at the clock in the room. The time is 2:06, so enter "206" for the combination.

Collect the --SHOTGUN AMMUNITION--, --HEALTH DRINK--, and --PISTOL AMMO-- from inside the locker.

Pull the lever on the far wall to open the garage door.

Move toward the garage door and duck under it to trigger a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically).

A Siam will attack. Take out the shotgun and shoot it three times to finish it. Hit it with two shots at the beginning while it roars, then sneak in the third shot.

Alternatively, use the handgun and shoot it 7 times. Each handgun shot will stagger it, helping to delay its attacks.

Do not try to run from a Siam as it will catch up and combo you.

Fighting a Siam with only a firearm can be deadly due to difficulty dodging its attacks. Using a melee weapon is incredibly hard. Its weak portion is the feminine legs on its back, but reaching them is difficult.

It takes three shotgun blasts or seven handgun blasts to kill a Siam.
