    For the first mission, outrun or ram the cop cars to escape them and get to Vivienne's apartment in Central to get Ricky on your side.

    For Buried Alive, get to the waypoint (a marker on your map you've manually placed as a destination) in Aberdeen harbour, then go to the kidnapper meeting point.

    Follow the alley to the left and defeat the group of enemies.

    Beat Horseface, grab him, and take him to the tablesaw.

    Head back out of the alley and trace Zi Wai's phone.

Tips
  • For the first mission, aim high to allow for the slow grenade rounds dropping in flight.
  • There is a SHRINE immediately to the south-east of the kidnapper meeting point in Aberdeen harbour.
  • The same phone tracing minigame as before can be used, but you can skip the first stage as you are already at the correct place.
  • Activate the SHRINE before you leave the area after calling Old Salty Crab.
  • When shooting enemy boats, you can hold the right stick down to look behind and then hold L1 to start aiming behind. You can get Triad XP for damaging/destroying boats and for getting headshots.
  • For The Election, skip all the cut-scenes if you're squeamish.
  • There are various fun environmental kills to be had during The Election mission.
  • Look out for opportunities to get explosive kills off gas cylinders during The Election.
  • Use headshots for more Triad XP and to extend your vault bullet-time during The Election.
  • If Mr Tong throws you and tries to stomp during his fight, do the Circle QTE.
  • You can take down Mr Tong quickly by maintaining constant pressure of attack strings, such as the Charge Knee Stun unlock (Square, Square, Hold Square) with a final counter to finish him off.
  • For Big Smile Lee, Tong's machete will serve you well, or take a cleaver off an enemy.
  • There is a LOCKBOX at the other end of the roof in Lee's compound.
  • The flashing packages on the counters in the restaurant are explosive.
  • During the final fight with Big Smile Lee, Wei is in bad shape so you can only really manage counters.
  • Completing Big Smile Lee earns you the hidden trophy Big Smiles All Round.
