Impress Not-Ping: Meet Not-Ping at her shop in south North Point. Distract a nearby cop by approaching him and pressing Triangle, then return to Not-Ping. Climb onto a roof and hack a security camera within 60 seconds. Return to Not-Ping.

Make Ilyana Sweat: Meet Ilyana at the K-Bar in Soho during the 'Important Visitor' mission. Afterwards, call her to arrange a hook-up. Meet her back inside the K-Bar and beat her in a rooftop freerunning race by following the yellow arrows. If you have trouble accessing the K-bar via the main entrance, use the alternate rooftop route starting by climbing the timber pile covered with striped tarps a dozen properties west of the K-Bar.

Fast and Hot Sandra: Meet Sandra during the 'Fast Girls' story mission. Phone her for a date. Meet her at the Yen Yen Foo Long Underpass in Aberdeen and drive fast for 60 seconds. You can slow down for a couple of seconds to take corners, but if you go too slow, the countdown resets to 60 seconds. Drive to her apartment in south-east Kennedy Town.

Car Thefts (for Tran): After completing the 'Mini-Bus Racket' story mission, call Tran using your smartphone (press d-pad up). Each job requires you to steal a specific car (marked with a waypoint (a marker on your map you've manually placed as a destination)) and drive it to a designated garage. Avoid damaging the car, as this reduces its value. To stop a driver without damage, pull up in front of them. Watch out for the police, as outrunning or ramming them will cause expensive damage. You can call Tran immediately for the next job after delivering one.
