Walkthrough

    Head back to Tails' Workshop at the top of the hill where you fought the Egg Hornet.

    Tails will bring out an airplane for Sonic.

    Sonic hops in, and they fly off, starting Sky Chase Act 1.

    Once you fly in front of the Egg Carrier, it will shoot a large laser, downing the plane and knocking out Tails.

    Tails wakes up at the Mystic Ruins and decides to find another Chaos Emerald to power his airplane.

    Go into the mine car by the lake.

    Jump off the ledge and keep a left path.

    Follow the frog that takes a Chaos Emerald into a cave.

    Fly up onto the ledge and jump on the button.

    Continue down the cave to the Sand Hill Sub Game.

    After getting the frog, you will be transported to a temple with echidnas.

    Go up the stairs to the left to get the Rhythm Badge upgrade.

    Talk to the Echidna named Tikal at the front of the temple.

    Tails will be transported back to the Mystic Ruins, where Big will scare off the frog.
