Smartphones (40)

Smartphones are typically found in the open, often in doorways or inside buildings. They are small and can be difficult to spot. Finding them contributes to an achievement and unlocks messages in your Log. You must find a Smartphone before you can purchase a map with their locations. Easy-to-find examples include those inside Oxford’s Base and behind the King’s throne in Fargathia.

Tagging Billboards (40)

There are 40 vacant billboards in Sunset City, marked by a white sign saying ‘Your advertisement here’. They are usually on high structures, but some are at ground level, especially in the Downtown district. Tagging all 40 earns the achievement – ‘It’s Art, OK?’. Maps for each district can be purchased from Two Hat Jack after finding a billboard. An easy one is on the roof two buildings west of the Crown Blades Factory fast travel point, and another is north across from the Las Catrinas base.

High Points (20)

There are 20 High Points, appearing as binoculars on pedestals. They are usually on high structures, though some can be found on docks or at ground level. Utilizing all 20 earns the achievement – ’Explorer’. after finding a High Point. One is located at the very top of the tower in the Brewery base, accessible via a spiral grind rail.

Eavesdropping (9)

Scattered throughout Sunset City are 9 eavesdropping locations, appearing as small, white computer panels with a green light, usually at ground level. Listening to all 9 earns the achievement – ‘Wire Tapping’. after finding an eavesdropping location. An early one is within the Crown Blades Factory, next to the door where you first met Sam in the ‘A New Friend’ mission.

Fizzie Balloons (150)

There are 150 Fizzie Balloons, appearing as miniature Fizzie mascots floating above objects used for bouncing. Collecting all 150 earns the achievement – ‘Hot Air’. . The mission ‘Amp it Up’ requires collecting three of these early in the game.

Toilet Paper (150)

There are 150 pieces of toilet paper around Sunset City, typically wrapped around objects you can swing from, most frequently street lights. You collect them by swinging from the object. Collecting all 150 earns the achievement – ‘Litter’. .

Overcharge Signs (150)

150 orange neon Overcharge Signs are located on the sides of buildings or high on walls. To collect them, you must wallrun along the surface and through them. Collecting all 150 earns the achievement – ‘Whats Your Sign?’. .

Shoes on Wires (150)

There are 150 pairs of shoes hanging from wires. To collect them, you need to undergrind along the wire they are attached to. Collecting all 150 earns the achievement – ‘Shoe Closet’. .
