First things first, you need to head over to the train depot. You'll see the mission area clearly marked with a blue zone on your mini-map. Your main goal here is to clear out all the Scabs inside.

When you get there, you'll notice a mix of enemies. There are a bunch of fast-moving Rushers, but also some Scabs with machine guns posted up on crates and other high spots. To stay safe from those gunners, I recommend ducking into the area below the main building. Let the Rushers come to you – it's way easier to handle them in closer quarters.

Once you've thinned out the initial wave of Rushers, the inflow will stop. Now, some of those Scabs with machine guns will start moving in. This is where the environment really helps. You'll find plenty of wires, rails, and bounce pads around the depot. Use these to get airborne and take out those ranged enemies.

After you've wiped out all the enemies, a cut-scene will play.

Once that's done, hop onto the train. Your next job is to defend it as it chugs along the tracks. At first, it's just a few machine gunners, but don't get too comfortable. Soon, a whole bunch of OD will start swarming the tracks. This is a perfect time to break out your explosives, like the TNTeddy, to clear them out quickly.

The train will keep moving for a bit before coming to a stop. When it does, you'll face a tougher wave: a Spawner, some Blowers, a couple of Poppers, and a bunch of regular OD. Prioritize taking down the Spawner first – it's the biggest threat.

After you've cleared the area, you'll need to get the train moving again. Look for a blockage on the track ahead and perform a bounce slam attack on it to clear the way.

Tips

Don't waste ammo on the initial gunners if you can avoid it; focus on the Rushers first and then use the environment to your advantage against the stationary threats.
The TNTeddy is super effective when the OD swarm the train.
Always deal with the Spawner first when the train stops; it makes the rest of the fight much easier.
