Part 1: Pigeon Challenge Walkthrough

You're dropped into the Farmer's Market in Little Tokyo. The objective here is to take down 500 pigeons within a tight 2-minute timer. Sounds wild, right? It took me a few tries, so don't get discouraged if it doesn't click immediately. You've got two main tools: the traps scattered around and your trusty Flaming Compensator.

You'll find four Pyro Geyser Traps right in the middle of the road. Remember, you gotta jump on that green button in the center to get them going, and they have a short cooldown. Then there are the Grind Cooker Traps lining the railings – these blast fire sideways as you grind on them.

To really rack up those kills, you'll want to utilize the wires strung across the street. When you see a big flock of pigeons chilling near a Pyro Geyser, jump down, activate it, and toast as many as you can. Then, bounce right back up to the wires and make your way to the next trap. If a Pyro Geyser is on cooldown, switch to the Grind Cooker traps and rack up kills while you wait for the geyser to recharge. The key here is constant movement and firing. Keep moving, keep toasting, and you'll get there!

Part 2: Escort Walkthrough

Right after you finish the pigeon madness, your friends will bail, and you'll need to escort them back to the Fargathia base. This part involves fighting off enemies at four distinct locations on your way.

Each encounter zone will be marked on your mini-map with a yellow mission area. You gotta clear out all the bad guys in that zone before you can move on. Here's a heads-up on who you'll be facing:

• First Encounter: Expect about 5-6 regular Scabs armed with guns. Pretty standard stuff to start.
• Second Encounter (Raised Bridge): This is where you'll run into a mix of Rushers and Tossers. Keep your distance and use your traversal skills.
• Third Encounter: You'll face 4-5 Regular ODs and a Herker. Your friends will lend a hand, but you'll definitely want to use the environment to your advantage to avoid that big guy.
• Final Encounter (Gas Station): This is a bigger fight. You'll need to clear out a large Scab presence, including a bunch of regular Scabs and several Rushers and Tossers hanging out on the roof.

Once you've wiped out everyone at the gas station, just head to the nearby objective marker to wrap up the mission.
