Alright, so you've picked up the Garage Chaos mission, huh? It's a pretty straightforward one, but it's all about causing a ruckus. First things first, you'll start inside Oxford's base. Find Dirk – he's got that quest marker floating above him – and have a quick chat. Once that's done, you'll need to head over to the parking garage in Little Tokyo. Get ready to make some noise!

When you roll up to the garage, it'll be totally empty. Your job? Fill up this 'Chaos Level' meter that pops up on the left side of your screen. You do this by, well, causing chaos! Bounce on cars, smash up vending machines, basically destroy everything you can get your hands on. I'd recommend starting at the bottom level and working your way up, making sure to hit everything. The more you wreck, the faster that meter fills.

Now, here's the catch: as you ramp up the chaos, you're gonna start seeing more enemies. First, it'll be some Scabs and ODs, and then some Fizzco Security forces might show up too. Don't get too sidetracked fighting them early on; your main goal is to max out that Chaos Level meter. If they get in your way, sure, take 'em out, but keep your eyes on the prize – more destruction!

Once that meter is completely full, the mission shifts a bit. You'll need to take down 25 enemies. It doesn't matter if they're ODs, Fizzco Bots, or Scabs – just rack up those kills. Hit that number, and you'll be done with Garage Chaos. Easy peasy!
