Speak with Ignatius at the Fargathia base to start the quest.

Head to the objective marker on the waterfront to the east and speak with the Fargathian.

Defend yourself from the OD (Muggers, Gunkers, and regular OD) that attack. Use fire Amps.

Head Downtown to the jewellery shop objective marker and interact with the door.
