X (1): Requirements: Defeat the goopy Piranha Plant at Bianco Square. Wash off the 'X' on the side of the Grand Pianta statue. A blue coin will appear left of the boathouse on the W docks.

X (2): Requirements: Defeat the goopy Piranha Plant at Bianco Square. Spray the 'X' painted on the building left of the boathouse. A blue coin will appear from the Grand Pianta Statue.

Three coconuts: Requirements: After getting your first shine, get another or exit a level. Swim to the NW island. Talk to the female Pianta who wants three coconuts. Spray coconuts from the tree until one falls, grab it, and drop it into the basket by pressing B while on the rim. Repeat twice and talk to her for a blue coin.

Three bananas: Requirements: After getting your first shine, get another or exit a level. From Bianco Square, go up the slope to the central docks. Talk to the female Pianta next to a basket who wants three bananas. Find a banana, stand on the basket rim, face the hole, and press B to drop it in. . Bananas can be found at the marketplace stall.

Three pineapples: Requirements: After getting your first shine, get another or exit a level. To the right of the Shine Gate, talk to a lady who wants pineapples. Bring a pineapple to the basket. To get the fruit up, throw it, bounce off her head, triple jump, spin jump, or backflip and triangle jump. Spin jump or bouncing off her head are recommended. .

Three durians: Requirements: After getting your first shine, get another or exit a level. To the left of the Shine Gate, talk to a Pianta next to a sideways basket who wants durians. Durians must be kicked. Find durians under a green awning near the boathouse. Kick a durian to the right, close to the river edge, then dive into it to send it across the water. Kick it up the ramp (multiple kicks or a dive are options). Once at the top, kick it into the basket. Repeat twice and talk to the Pianta for a blue coin. If durians are too bouncy, enter and exit a level.

Flaming Pianta: Requirements: 6 Shine Sprites. After getting your sixth shine, find the Pianta with the mushroom backpack running on the beach (or on a roof near the boathouse during the flood, or near the police station after the flood). Spray him until his fire is out and talk to him for a blue coin.

Spongy yellow goop (1): Requirements: Yoshi. Hatch Yoshi with fruit. Take him to the roof behind the police station tower. Spray the spongy yellow goop on the tower with Yoshi's abilities to reveal a hole in the wall with a blue coin.

Spongy yellow goop (2): Requirements: Yoshi. Hatch Yoshi with fruit. Take him to a roof near the tower where the 'M' in '7' was. Spray the yellow spongy goop on the side and near the top of the tower to reveal a hole in the wall with a blue coin. A thin walkway leads to the hole.

Double doors of an island: Requirements: Turbo Nozzle. To the right of the lighthouse, find the second-widest of the small, tall islands. Turbo boost into the double doors built into it for a blue coin.

Delfino Airstrip's ice cube: Requirements: You need to have entered Corona Mountain at least once. Get 10 coins from the sewers or elsewhere. Talk to the boat captain at the western docks and agree to go to Delfino Airstrip. Get the Turbo Nozzle there. Turbo boost through the building's double doors. Inside, examine to find a blue coin encased in an ice cube. Spray the cube until it melts and grab the coin.
