Master Perniya Cliffside Path in Tales of Berseria Remastered! Find treasures, trigger skits, and defeat the Dangeroma boss with our expert guide.

Alright, let's tackle the Perniya Cliffside Path! It might seem a bit winding, but we'll get through it. First things first, make sure you've watched the skit What's Velvet's Hometown Like? just outside the town. Once that's done, we're heading southwest down the path.

About halfway down, keep an eye on the western wall. There's a Life Bottle tucked away there. Keep heading south, and in the southeast corner of the road, you'll find a Red Chamomile hiding behind a tree. Now, we'll exit to the west and then immediately climb the vines to your right. Up there, you'll snag an Animalia Ring.

Next, follow the western wall, making your way southwest. You'll come across a large tree; there's a Red Sage right by the cliff. After that, climb the vines to the north. This leads to a raised area where you can grab 4350 Gald and activate the geotree. From there, head southeast across the bridge. You'll trigger the skit Why Velvet Was Imprisoned, and right after that, the skit Worship in Eastgand will pop up. Don't miss those!

After the skits, head north towards the riverbed and follow it upstream. Keep an eye on the hill on your right – there's another Life Bottle waiting for you. Then, jump across the stones and follow the riverbed to a dead end. You'll find a Mellow Fluid there. Backtrack downstream, and this time, follow the eastern wall. You'll find another hill with a Red Lavender near a tree. Finally, check the area to the east of the Code Red Hunt; there's a Katz Box containing Angel Wings.

Boss Fight: Dangeroma

Now, brace yourself for a boss fight! You'll encounter the Dangeroma (HP: 89412), which is a Beast and Fiend type. Its weakness is Fire, but it resists Wind.

  • Weakness: Fire
  • Resistance: Wind

This skunk-like beast lives up to its name, mostly using wind-based attacks and a nasty Paralyzing Stench arte. Many of its attacks can inflict status ailments like Burn and Fatigue, but thankfully, most have a short range. Magilou is a real MVP here, especially if you set her Malak Artes to focus on fire. While your melee characters keep the Dangeroma busy, Magilou can just melt its HP with fire spells. For Velvet, make sure to use Searing Edge and Infernal Torrent to exploit its weaknesses. Just be super careful of its deadly Tail Attack!
