Complete walkthrough for Relewiese Hollow in Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition, including item locations, boss strategy for Khroma Dragon, and secret mission details.
After the scene, follow the path. The first chest you open will attack you. Defeat it for a Forte Staff. Continue to follow the path until you reach a fork. Go right and open a chest for a Bahamut's Tear. Return to the fork and go left this time.
You will find a chest containing a Life Bottle along the way. Keep following the path and you will find a chest containing a Dragon Protector. At this three way fork, take the middle path leading east to find a Kritya Circlet and a Hero Coat.
Go back to the three way fork and take the southern most path. You'll quickly come to another fork. Follow the path to the east to a chest containing a Death Slinger. Now go back and follow the western path.
Follow the path and you will find a chest containing a Pineapple Gel. You will eventually come to a fork. Go east to find a Saturn Claw and an Alexandrite. Now return all the way to the fork and take the west path for a scene.
After the scene, open the nearby chest for a Sonic Cleaver and use the healing save point. Follow the path to the right until you reach a fork. Take the left path leading up to a chest that will attack you. Defeat it and you will get a Dragon Mail. Now return to the fork and continue down the path leading east for a Star Rod. Then take the nearby southern path to find 2x Limit Bottles. Go west to find a Dragon Helm hidden behind a rock at the end of the path. Return to the fork and go east to find a chest containing a Melange Gel, Apple Gel, and an Orange Gel.
Continue following the path down until you reach a cave with a save point out front. When you are ready, enter the cave. Follow the path for a scene and a boss fight.

Secret Mission: Strike her while she recovers from her Earthquake attack.
Strategy: Khroma Dragon is incredibly slow and all of her attacks have a very short range. This fight shouldn't pose much of a challenge. Bring Rita and turn off all her Artes except for ones that have Earth and Dark element. Avoid standing directly in front of her for too long, as her only dangerous attacks are delivered at point blank range right in front of her. The only other attack you really need to watch out for is her homing fireballs. I find it much easier to just guard these for small chip damage than to try avoiding them.
As for the Secret Mission, it is simple to get without even trying for it. All you have to do is strike her after she rises slowly into the air and slams into the ground, not before.

After the scene, investigate the north end of the cave for 40000 Gald. You must now backtrack out of here. You will get a scene at the save point halfway up. Select to call Ba'ul when prompted to skip the rest of the way to the World Map. Then you will see another scene. Once you fly a short distance, you will see another scene.
Note that Estelle can now potentially use her second Mystic Arte, Ultimate Elementia. If you do all of her Burst Artes (except Cat Teaser) more than 20 times, enter Over Limit Lv. 4 (synthesize the Limit Quartet if needed), and use an Arcane, Altered, Burst, or advanced magic Arte while holding the 'Attack' AND 'Artes' buttons, she will launch Ultimate Elementia. So if you haven't already done it, I suggest grinding Estelle's Burst Artes to 20+ uses each. It doesn't take long. It may sound like a lot of work, but it's well worth it.
Anyways, we need to go to Capua Nor next. But before we go there, we have more Side Quests to take care of.
Aspio Side Quest (6)
Collector's Book: Part 2 Reminder
I promised I would warn you about the deadline regarding this quest. And now here it is. If you have not yet seen the scene in the library for completing 50% of the Collector's Book, right now is the deadline. If you progress any further without triggering this scene, further completion of this quest will be impossible for the remainder of the game.
Halure Side Quest (4)
Collector's Book: Final
When you have completed 100% of the Collector's Book, go toward the fountain to the west for a scene. You will receive 3x Limit Bottles and Estelle will receive the Itemania Title. While it is impossible to complete this quest now, right now is the earliest point this Side Quest can be completed on a New Game + run. There is no cut off for this part of the Side Quest. So do not worry about missing it.
World Map Side Quests (6)
Fell Arms: Part 2
Fly to the southwest of Nordopolica to find a set of four small islands. Enter the piled up stones for a scene. Follow the path towards a cave for another scene. You will get the second Fell Arm, Zarich.
Now enter the cave and follow the path. When you reach a fork at the Aer Krene, go left and approach the platform at the center of the room for a scene. You will get the Sorcerer's Ring Lv. 4. Now exit this place.
Quoi Woods Side Quest (3)
Fell Arms: Part 3
From the north entrance of Quoi Woods, follow the path and you will soon see a patch of vines blocking a path to the north. Burn the vines away with your ring and proceed onward. Here you will find the Giganto, Chimera Butterfly, which is very beatable at this point. You can shoot the trees here to make fruit fall down. Open the c
