Where to Find the Rune Switch:

First things first, you'll want to fast travel to Buttsville. From there, just follow the main path heading east. Keep going until you get to the bottom of some stairs, and then take a left. This should open up a new area for you. Look for a shack – you're going to want to get on top of its roof. The Rune Switch is sitting right there, waiting for you to jump over and grab it.

How to Complete the Puzzle:

Once you've activated that first Rune Switch, drop down. Now, you need to find the second switch. Head towards the northeast and climb onto the roof of another shack – this one's a bit smaller. After you've hit that one, drop down again and make your way northwest. You'll find the third and final switch chilling on top of a broken arch. Just sprint straight north from the second switch, and you can't miss it.
