Where to Find the Scrolls in Brighthoof

First off, head to the Hawker’s Walk fast travel station. From there, just keep heading west. You'll pass the portal area and then go through a big archway that says 'Hawker’s Walk' on it. Once you're through the arch, don't just keep going straight! Look to your left and right – you should see some stairs. Head up those stairs, and you'll find the Scroll chilling on a covered crate right there.

Next up, make your way to Izzy's Fizzies. Head inside and find the stairs to get up to the second floor. Keep moving towards the next set of stairs you see, but before you get there, there's a small room tucked away in a corner. That's where this Scroll is hiding.

Okay, this one's a bit more involved. You absolutely *must* have finished the main story mission 'Emotion of the Ocean' before you can even think about getting this Scroll. Why? Because you need the waters around Brighthoof to be drained. Once that's done, go to the west side of the Skeleton Key chest. You'll see a portal there – it's the one that pops up whenever you fast travel to Brighthoof. Now, head northwest from that portal until you reach some docks. You'll spot a single cannon on one of them. Follow the fuse that leads from the cannon; it goes right under the dock. You'll see a small explosive barrel near the end of the fuse. Shoot that barrel! It'll light the fuse, the cannon will fire, and blast open a hole in a nearby wall. Be ready, though – some enemies are going to come out of that hole. Clear them out, and then you can look inside to find the Scroll.
