You begin the level sliding down a ramp. As soon as you enter the red colored area, make a jump/grab to catch the hidden overhead ledge. Save before ending the previous level to retry this jump.

Pull up and claim Secret #14 -- large medipack (41). Drop back onto the ramp and slide to the bottom. Push the lever to open the north door. Go to the doorway and Save.

Go forward and slide down, landing on the Hand of Orion (42). This opens escape routes left and right. After about 7 seconds, spikes will rise from the floor. Pick up the item, rotate slightly left, and make a standing jump to the platform.

Slide down and pick up Secret #15 -- red shotgun shells (43). This opens the gate in front of you.

Proceed cautiously towards the opening with star-shaped holes. Deadly spikes protrude and retract predictably. Stand a step or two behind them, wait until they start to retract, then Sprint or jump past them. Follow the path forward and to the right.

Shoot the 2 vessels (1 - 2) to the left and right of the path and pick up the small medipack (44) from the vessel on the left.

Continue forward to another retracting blade trap. Sprinting through is advised to avoid losing health on landing.

You land next to a receptacle for the Hand of Orion. Drop to the floor and pick up the small medipack (45) from the NW corner to the left.

Pull back up and insert the Hand of Orion. This retracts the spikes from the columns and starts a ceiling fan rotating above them.

Walk to the edge facing into the room, line up with the loot, hop back once, and Save.

Time a running jump (1) forward when a long blade passes over the loot with shorter blades moving inward. Hold Action to pick up the red shotgun shells (46). Immediately hop back once (2).

Pause, then side jump left (3), landing on the other red shotgun shells (47) while holding Action.

Quickly make a standing jump forward (4) and then a side jump left (5) onto the NW ledge with the exit. This sequence may cause some damage.

Follow the passage to the next room and watch the cutscene.

Tips

This level contains 8 jackal enemies and 7 mummies. However, you will not have ammo to kill the mummies, leaving 8 possible kills.
There are no medipacks in this level, except for those found as pickups.
Be thorough in collecting all pickups.
The level abounds with traps, so proceed cautiously.
