    Follow the tunnel west, north, then west. When you step on the carved stone just before the doorway, 3 black scorpions (1 - 3) will spawn. Run inside, jump onto the island with the 2 columns, and kill the scorpions from safety.

    Directly in front of where you entered on the east side of the square watery trench, you'll find some red shotgun shells (165). Pick them up, swim to the west side, enter the watery hole in the bottom of the trench, and pick up a small medipack (166).

    Go to the hole in the ground in front of the column in the NE corner. Drop down, crawl forward, and pull out at the end. Immediately rotate right to kill a pesky black scorpion (4). Then continue right (south) to pick up some flares (167).

    If you want all of the kills: Roll, pull up into the crawlspace to the north and drop down the other side. Run north until you pass the gap on the left that leads to the lake, then jump up onto the rocks to the left. A crocodile (5) should appear from the doorway to the right; you might need to backtrack south and make your run north again to make it spawn. After killing it, go back through the elevated crawl space and drop back down near where you found the flares.

    Backtrack to the hole in the floor to the west and drop into it. Crawl your way back to the opening at the other end and return to the square trench.

    Go into your inventory and Combine the Sun Disc with the Sun Goddess to make the Sun Talisman. Insert it into the pointy object between the obelisks in the center of the trench. The 3 doors around the trench will open.

    Go through the door to the north and retrieve the small medipack (168) from the crawlspace, then drop back down.

    Next go through the door to the south. Run forward off the ledge to fall into the deep part of the water (and take no damage), turn right (west) and pick up the red shotgun shells (169). Roll, swim back to the central block, and turn right to pick up some Uzi clips (170). Continue around counterclockwise and dive down into the next depression for some blue shotgun shells (171). Swim east and retrieve a small medipack (172) from the alcove to your right.

    Rotate left to face the door and press Action to open it. Turn around and swim back to the surface for some air.

    Swim forward through the door you just opened and through the slanted parallelogram-shaped opening. Then swim up the ramp, follow the tunnel to the right, and pull out into the room with some air. You found Secret #30 -- blue shotgun shells (173), large medipack (174), and explosive ammo (175) for the crossbow. Backtrack through the water to the central block.

    Pull up onto the north side of the central block and position Lara so that she is facing west with the pole in front of her. Pull up 13 times, then backflip onto the ledge with the flares (176). Stand on the NW corner of the ledge and make a standing jump into the opening to the NW. Go forward to return to the square trench.

    Go clockwise to the next doorway (it's in the west wall). Go through and enter a room with HUGE columns. Go over the block ahead of you, then turn left and pull up into the elevated arched opening, where you'll find a small medipack (177), Uzi clips (178), and red shotgun shells (179).

    Return to the ground, roll, and backtrack a ways NW and climb up onto the block with the sloped top.

    Rotate left and look south. Grab onto the overhead monkey bars and swing towards the elevated crawl space in the south wall. When you are almost to the south wall, you'll be attacked by 3 bats (6 - 8). When you get to the south wall, drop/grab the edge of the crawl space, pull into it, crawl forward until you can stand, then whip out those pistols and put some holes in those bats.

    Go south to the top of the ramp. There are elevated crawl spaces to your left and right. First rotate left and go into the opening to the east for some Uzi clips (180). Then back out and pull up into the next opening.
