Chase the Green Goblin around the city, keeping an eye on the chase meter and avoiding his attacks.

When he destroys a billboard, quickly swing to the location, press X near the blue glowing area, and use L and R to remove the billboard pieces from cars. Repeat for all three pieces.

Continue chasing the Green Goblin until he stops to fight.

Phase 1: Stay on the defensive. Dodge his fireballs and lunges. Wait for his flame shield to disappear, then attack with combos. Use bounce attacks off buildings.

When Green Goblin is at half health, the fight moves indoors.

Phase 2: In the confined space, dodge his fireballs and his new slam attack that creates a wall of fire. Beware of ceiling lasers.
