Walkthrough
- 1Activate the Missing Ingredients quest. Head south into the Poplar Fauborg, cross the bridge to the Docks, and fight Priwen guards.
- 2Near the quest marker, you'll be attacked by H.G. Griffin, a named Blinker Skal. Defeat him.
- 3Search a body for Doctor Strickland's List.
- 4Return to Pembroke Hospital and speak to Dr. Strickland, selecting "Your drug provider is gone" to unlock his final hint.
- 5If you have the ingredients (Sodium hypochlorite, Potassium permanganate, Ferrous tartrate x6), return to your office and use the chemistry station to formulate Strickland's experimental medication.
- 6You can give the medication to Strickland or report him to Dr. Ackroyd. If you speak to Ackroyd, select "Personal questions" / "Strickland's chance to cure the flu?" to unlock his final hint.
- 7Regardless of who you give the formulation to, you'll receive a key to Tippets, Ackroyd and Strickland's office. Use it to place the medication and complete the investigation, earning 100XP.
- 8Inside the office, search a table near a window for M. Goswick's Medical File to unlock Mortimer Goswick's final hint.
- 9Search the desk in the middle of the room for a Letter to Doctor Swansea to unlock Gwyneth Branagan's final hint.
- 10To reach Stonebridge Cemetery, head northeast from Pembroke Hospital via Blackwall Fauborg, killing Priwen guards.
- 11Enter the Stonewall Sewers via the river.
- 12Inside the sewers, deal with Skals. Turn left, search a body by a brazier for the lore piece Extermination of the Rodents (11/30).
- 13Continue through the tunnels, turn left, go up steps, and follow the tunnel to another entrance. Use teleportation to reach a ledge.
- 14Go up, kill the level 16 Beast, and continue up the tunnel. Enter a storeroom for money and search drawers for Text In Braille.
- 15Ascend stairs to find a locked door requiring a code.
- 16Exit the sewers and unlock a gate to your left. Turn around, go up steps, kill Priwen guards, and teleport to a ledge leading to a Hideout.
- 17From the Hideout, teleport to a building across the river.
- 18Navigate the building, kill a Skal in the bedroom, and loot a Common Trigger Part from the wardrobe.
- 19Examine a corpse in the living room for a Brisk Blood Sample. Analyzing this in a Hideout can unlock the level II Stamina Serum formula.
- 20Exit the building, head down steps into Stonebridge Cemetery.
- 21Head left and deal with three Skals menacing a citizen. Open the gate and speak to Hsiao Shun to update the Widow In Distress investigation.
- 22Enter the crypt she was sheltering in and examine bodies to update Holy Crusade.
- 23Follow the blood trail outside to find Samuel and another Skal. Defeat them to obtain Samuel's Personal Diary, unlocking a hint for Tobias Whitaker.

- 25Search the body of a Guard of Priwen member for the lore piece Holy Symbols and Orichalcum.
- 26Drop back down and follow the quest marker to a locked gate. Teleport to a ledge to the right.
- 27Walk down the path for a scene. Lady Ashbury will catch up; answer her as you wish.
- 28Bring up your map; new dialogue is available with Dr. Swansea. Speak to him quickly, as advancing the quest will make this window missable.
- 29Head west towards the main cemetery entrance. Before leaving, search a body left of the path for A strange formula.
- 30Outside the cemetery, turn left and teleport to a ledge leading to a Hideout.
- 31Analyze the Strange formula to get recipes for headache remedies for Oswald Thatcher (Headache) and Benjamin Palmer (Migraine).
- 32You are near Mason Swanborough's house but cannot enter due to low Mesmerise level.
