    Activate the Missing Ingredients quest. Head south into the Poplar Fauborg, cross the bridge to the Docks, and fight Priwen guards.

    Near the quest marker, you'll be attacked by H.G. Griffin, a named Blinker Skal. Defeat him.

    Search a body for Doctor Strickland's List.

    Return to Pembroke Hospital and speak to Dr. Strickland, selecting "Your drug provider is gone" to unlock his final hint.
