Dorothy Crane (Pillar)
Dorothy Crane is a nurse at the Pembroke Hospital and runs a dispensary in Whitechapel. Dorothy gives away drugs and medicine for free. Dorothy has a sister in Romania. Dorothy was a clandestine resistant in her homeland.
Clayton Darby

Investigation - Trinkets and More
When speaking to Barrett, select "Noticed anything out of the ordinary?" / "Violence is increasing?" to hear the story of how he was mugged. The item he's looking for is in a nearby warehouse. You can give it either to him or Joe Peterson, although giving it Joe is less rewarding.
Richard Nithercott
Richard Nithercott is a would-be poet who hangs around in the graveyard. If you embrace him, you will receive 100/-, a Beautiful Flower and an Elegant Ink Pen. Richard sees Camellia as his muse and a "locked mystery". Richard feels guilty about depending on his parents' financial support. Richard has never succeeded in poetry.
Albert Palmer
Albert Palmer is a young hoodlum. If you embrace him, you will receive Albert's Revolver and a key which unlocks the area where you spied on him stashing his father's medicine. Albert wants to prove to the Wet Boot Boys that he is gang material. Albert was supposed to meet the Wet Boot Boys' leaders after joining the gang. Albert has stolen his father's drugs.
Investigation - Promising Recruit
As you head to Whitechapel in Chapter 2, you will find a note on a powerful Skal that initiates this investigation. It's better to give the note to his father, Benjamin.
Benjamin Palmer
