In Bocca Al Lupo

Start by climbing the fixed route near the water. You can jump to the beam even if it looks impossible.

Climb up and defeat the guards, prioritizing the Brute spearman. Operate the lever.

In the next area, perform a double Hidden Blade kill on the two unsuspecting guards.

Climb crates and barrels, then use an Advanced Wall Jump to reach the right balcony.

Counter the attacking guard and kill him, then throw the lever. Drop down and proceed through the doorway.

Use Hidden Blade attacks on some guards and normal combat with counters for others. You can only disarm weakened guards.

Climb the tower to reach the marker and trigger a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically).

You will start on horseback but will likely be knocked down. You cannot cross the gap on horseback.

Defeat necessary enemies, then cross the gap. The next gate will be lowered.

Do not attempt to go through the lowered gate. Instead, climb the tower. You will need to defeat most or all pursuing enemies first.

Sneak attack one guard on the tower and rush the other with Hidden Blade kills.

Take a Leap of Faith (a jump into a haystack or other soft landing) to reach the next section.

Defeat the remaining guards, disarming the Brute spearman first. Remember to use medicine (healing items) when needed.

Climb down the tower without a haystack below. Use the two haystacks further down for Ledge Assassinations (assassinations from a wall's edge) or Hiding Assassinations (assassinations from a haystack). Alternatively, charge in.

Climb the next tower and Ledge Assassinate the lone guard.

Run up to the other two guards for a Double Hidden Blade Kill.

Perform an Air Assassination (an assassination from above) from the tower on the guard below.

Climb the next wall and quickly kill the guard there.

Climb to the top of the wall and perform a Double Air Assassination on the two guards below. A large fight will erupt upon landing with four Brutes and lower guards.

Steal a Brute's weapon to easily kill him and at least one other enemy. Continue this strategy until all enemies are dead.

Climb the wall in the corner and operate the lever to open a door below.

Enter the next area and remain undetected. Assassinate the two guards from behind. Throw the lever.

In the next corridor, use crowds of monks (NPCs, non-player characters) to blend in (hide among them) and avoid suspicious guards. Do not assassinate guards here, as it will cause the monks to run away, removing your hiding spots.

Wait for patrolling guards to pass and move between groups of monks to reach the back of the large guard group and the lever.

Cross the chapel to reach Rodrigo on a hanging platform. Perform an Air Assassination.

After a cutscene, a fight with Rodrigo begins. He uses a staff like a spear and is very durable. You cannot counter or disarm him. Use your copies of yourself to attack when they engage. Dodge and attack, focusing on combos and sustained pressure.

Alternatively, use a dagger for more frequent hits or throwing knives to deplete his health.

After another scene, use Eagle Vision (a special vision mode) to see two buttons on the wall beside Rodrigo's secret passage. Press them to descend into a pit.

Approach Rodrigo for a fist fight. Countering his attacks is the best strategy. Grabbing him and repeatedly headbutting/kicking him is also effective.
