Alright, so you've just finished up 'Learning the Ropes' and Barbaras has a new job for you. He's heard about this absolute legend of an archer, apparently the best around, and wants you to go recruit him. Sounds easy enough, right? Your first stop is a little island west of here, over in Phokis.
When you get close, you'll want to dock your ship. Keep an eye out for the highlighted area – that's your cue. Once you're ashore, whip out Ikaros. He's your best bet for spotting exactly where this archer, whose name is Phemios, is hanging out. Use Ikaros to pinpoint his location.
Once you've got eyes on Phemios, it's time to approach him. The game will actually give you a little tutorial pop-up here to show you how to do non-lethal takedowns. This is super important because you need to knock him out without actually killing him. Get him down to low health, then perform a knockout attack.
After you've successfully knocked him out, you can try to recruit him. If that works, congrats! Your next step is to head into your ship management menu and assign Phemios as a Lieutenant. He's going to be a great addition to the crew.
With Phemios all sorted, you can head back to Barbaras to wrap up this quest. Oh, and before you go, there are usually some bandits hanging around nearby. Might be worth taking them out for some extra XP and loot while you're there!
