Before sailing to Andros, Barbaras recommends upgrading your ship's hull. Three pirate ships in the bay of Thermopylai offer salvageable materials for this upgrade.

Sail out of the bay at full speed and initiate combat by ramming one of the pirate ships. Alternate between ramming, firing with archers, and ordering spears to be thrown at the pirate crew based on proximity and preparation time.

Once you have sufficient materials to upgrade the hull, you can depart for Andros.

Between the Cursed Land of Oedipous and the Dirfi Foothills, you will encounter three particularly difficult pirate ships. Ensure your ship is adequately upgraded, especially the hull, to withstand rapid attacks.

To defeat these pirates, focus your ramming and fire on one ship at a time. Brace if an incoming ram is unavoidable to minimize damage. Maintain mobility to maximize ramming opportunities while avoiding enemy rams.

Upon arriving at the western shore of Andros, dock your ship.

Use Ikaros to scout the area and locate the entrance to a mysterious structure.

As you approach the structure, be cautious of the numerous bears inhabiting the island. It is best to shoot them from afar to avoid their devastating attacks.

When you reach the other-worldly door, interact with it.
