Meet Myrrine and Brasidas at the border of the Golden Fields and the Smuggler’s Forest in Arkadia. Use Ikaros to pinpoint their exact location near a rock face.

Upon reaching the supposed meeting spot, you will encounter a bounty hunter. Engage and defeat him in combat. Focus on using heavy attacks to break his shield defense and avoid his special attacks.

After depleting his health, you have a choice: use forceful speech, which leads to a fight to the death, or be diplomatic, allowing him to live.

Regardless of your choice, Myrrine and Brasidas will be found on a hilltop southwest of your current location.

Upon meeting them, you must decide how to handle the cultist Lagos. Myrrine suggests a swift execution, which will result in Lagos's death but decrease regional stability. Brasidas advises saving Lagos's innocent family, which is the recommended approach for regional stability.

Your decision completes the quest.
