Steel Bars are crafted in conan exiles using Steelfire and Iron Bars within the Furnace. To create Steelfire, you must first use the Firebowl Cauldron with x1 Brimstone and x1 Tar. Brimstone is primarily found in caves, while Tar is a byproduct of using the Tannery to process Hide. It takes one Steelfire and five Iron Bars to produce a single Steel Bar. This crafting process can be slow until you can gather substantial amounts of Ironstone and efficiently produce Tar, which may necessitate building a Fluid Press.
